  • The course is designed to last two weeks 

WHAT IS DIGITAL COOLDOWN and how does it work?

WHAT DO I NEED?

 

  • 15-20 minutes a day to work on the lessons

  • A laptop - the course is not available on mobile

  • A notebook and pen

  • An alarm clock and a watch (optional but highly recommended)

  • Commitment and a curiosity to explore your personal relationship with the internet 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

 

  • Define your goals and think of fun things you want to do 

  • Limit the amount of time you spend on the internet a maximum of an hour a day online outside of work 

  • Evaluate your relationship with your online activities

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? 
 

You can currently enrol in the course for £25 (usually £50). The course materials will be sent to you in a zip file and you can repeat the course as many times as you want and need.
